The Challenge
Group trip planning is always a mess of three apps stitched together. Flight details in email. Split costs in a spreadsheet. Actual plans scattered across WhatsApp threads that nobody can search. When plans change mid-trip, half the group does not get the update. And when the trip is over, calculating who owes whom requires a math degree and a lot of patience. Four friends on a 10-day road trip should not need a project management setup to split a gas bill.
What We Built
We built one app that handles all three problems. Shared itineraries update in real-time for every group member. The expense splitter detects categories and offers equal, custom, or percentage splits with built-in settlement logic. Google Places integration lets the group discover and pin locations directly to their schedule. An internal chat keeps trip communication separate from personal messaging apps. And a shared media gallery means nobody has to chase photos across three different social platforms after the trip.
