The Challenge
Urban migration creates a specific matchmaking problem. A software engineer from Uttar Pradesh working in Bengaluru wants a partner who understands UP traditions, food habits, and festivals. But their entire social circle in the new city is from different states or backgrounds. Large matrimonial sites are impersonal and cluttered with millions of profiles. What We Built
We built a matrimonial app that starts with community, not geography. Users identify their native community and current city. The matching engine finds families from the same background living nearby. A professional from UP in Bengaluru can find another UP family living five kilometers away, even though they would never meet through their work networks.
