The Challenge
Commercial drone operators were tracking flights, battery cycles, and maintenance schedules across Excel spreadsheets and paper logs. Data lived in three different places. Battery rotation tracking was done by memory, which is dangerous because poorly rotated batteries swell and fail mid-flight. When insurance auditors asked for flight history, the operations manager spent half a day assembling records from scattered files. One missed maintenance interval could void the insurance policy entirely.
What We Built
We built a single-screen-focus mobile app where everything about every drone, battery, and pilot lives in one place. Log a flight in seconds after landing. The app tracks battery cycles automatically and alerts when any battery approaches end-of-life. Maintenance thresholds trigger notifications when a drone hits its service interval. During audits, the entire fleet history is available instantly, no assembly required. The app is designed to be fast because drone pilots log entries standing on a field, not sitting at a desk.
